This programme is perfect for individuals who are new to exercise, those returning after a break, or anyone lacking confidence or feel-self conscious in gym settings.
Our programme focuses not only on physical exercise but also on building an Excuseless mindset and increasing confidence when exercising – especially in the gym. Additionally, the inclusion of my M.A.D programme will help to accelerate the changes in health & fitness.
You have the flexibility to follow the programme either at home or in a gym, as it includes both gym-based and home-based training options.
The Fit Coach App provides convenient access to each workout, supplementary M.A.D exercises, step-by-step video instructions, session monitoring and regular support material.
The M.A.D programme introduces Movement Activation Drills to help accelerate your progression. The good news is that each exercise takes 30 around seconds or so to perform and often leads to instant improvements in muscle activation, increased flexibility and mobility.
The app allows you to swap any exercise for a range of alternatives which may suit your needs over those I suggested. To help further, I have included a pdf to which provides three alternatives for each exercise in the workout.
There are a number of options regarding support. The app automatically records all sessions, offering insight into your progressions and milestones you achieve. This is reinforced with weekly and monthly reports to show how your efforts are improving your fitness levels.
Optional extras include semi-private group coaching (max 4 participants), and a weekly zoom meeting to review a range of subjects which impact your training. The zoom call also offers the option to post question beforehand.
In addition to the physical training, the FitStart programme offers inclusive support material to help cultivate a healthy Excuseless mindset. The goal is to build resilience to common struggles and hurdles when making changes to your activity levels or lifestyle. This includes a series of mini-challenges to help you clarify your thoughts, plan and map your route to overcome any negative thoughts that hinder your progress.
