About Dave - The Fit Coach

With over 30 years of experience in fitness and rehabilitation, I have coached thousands of clients and members across goals including fat loss, strength training, and recovery from long-term pain, injury, and post-surgical rehabilitation.

In addition to personal training, I have worked as a tutor and assessor for leading fitness education providers – developing accredited workshops and speaking at industry conferences.

And, having attended over 65 courses throughout my career, I have built a system that combines decades of hands-on experience with the very best evidence-based practice.

Achieving lasting fitness results is multifaceted. There is no single solution, no shortcut, and no industry secret.

It requires continuous review, regular check-ins, and honest consideration of the habits that shape your mindset, sleep, nutrition, lifestyle, and training.

My job is to simplify that journey and make it genuinely Excuseless.

The M.A.D. Difference.

My approach that underpins everything I do was born from a single one-on-one training session.

 

While working with an elderly gentleman suffering from a bone-growth disorder, chronic pain, sleep deprivation, and severe movement dysfunction, I unknowingly began a journey that led to the development of M.A.D. – Movement Activation Drills.

 

M.A.D. is my personal framework designed to jump-start your mobility and flexibility – reducing pain rapidly, often within a single session.
